1. Agreement
By signing up for Export119 or using it, you agree to these terms. If you're agreeing on behalf of your company, you confirm you have authority to do so.
2. The service
Export119 is a software-as-a-service platform for cross-border car exports. We host the software, keep it running, back it up, and improve it. You bring your business data and operate it.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe, for the actions of users you invite to your company workspace, and for the accuracy of the data you enter.
4. Acceptable use
- Don't try to breach our security or the security of other tenants.
- Don't use Export119 to process data you don't have rights to.
- Don't try to reverse-engineer the service for the purpose of building a competing product.
- Don't use Export119 to facilitate anything illegal in your jurisdiction.
5. Fees and billing
Pricing is in your account settings. We bill monthly or annually in advance, in the currency shown on your invoice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of service after a grace period.
6. Your data is yours
You own your data. We store and process it on your behalf. You can export it in full at any time. If you cancel, we retain it for a short period for recovery and then delete it.
7. Our IP
The Export119 software, design, branding, and documentation are ours (or licensed to us). You get a license to use the service under these terms; you don't get ownership of the software itself.
8. Warranties and disclaimers
We work hard to keep Export119 reliable. But we provide it "as is" without implied warranties. We'll describe uptime and support commitments in your order form or [commercial agreement].
9. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our aggregate liability to you is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Termination
You can cancel at any time from your account. We can terminate for material breach (including unpaid fees after notice). After termination we follow the data retention rules in the Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
