1. Who we are

2. What we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone, company affiliation, role.
- Operational data: the business records you create in Export119 — cars, containers, invoices, journal entries, counterparties, documents. This is yours; we process it on your behalf.
- Usage data: pages viewed, clicks, errors. Collected via first-party, cookie-less analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics).
- Support data: messages you send to support, transcripts of in-app chats.
3. How we use it
To run the service, bill you, support you, detect abuse, improve the product, and comply with applicable law. We don't sell your data.
4. Legal basis (GDPR)
Contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation, and consent — whichever applies. For marketing emails we always rely on explicit consent you can withdraw at any time.
5. Sharing
We share data with sub-processors who help us run the service (hosting, email delivery, error monitoring, customer support). A current list is available on request. We also share with other companies you explicitly invite into your shipments — see section 6.
6. Partners in the chain
Export119 is a multi-company platform. When you invite a forwarder, CFS operator, customs broker, inspection agency, or audit firm, you explicitly grant them access to the records you share — and only those records. They see their scope; they don't see your other business.
7. Your rights
- Access your data at any time (in-app exports to Excel and PDF cover 100% of your records).
- Correct anything inaccurate.
- Delete your account — we cascade-delete your company data and retain only what the law requires us to keep.
- Object to processing; restrict processing; data portability — exercise any of these by emailing privacy@export119.com.
8. Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active, plus a retention window for backups and legal obligations. Detailed retention periods are in the Data Processing Addendum.
9. Security
TLS on the wire, encryption at rest, least-privilege access, audit logs, daily off-site backups. Security questions welcome at security@export119.com.
10. Changes
We'll post changes here and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes are announced in-app and by email.
